Okay. Here are my hypothesis (Best get 'em from me. I've been roleplaying with them for years now.)
Hally: Will never respond back
Zestu: Won't consider unless you tell him who is here
Noctis: Won't consider unless compitetion is here for him
Yori: He'll say no so don't ask 'em
Jun: Will say yes if their is a signifigant number of people
Bacon: High probability of saying yes, if you promise to put him in charge.

She's inactive and when she is active she is crazy busy with replying on pms and replying to ongoing fights she has.

Pool walks into the room with everone in it, being late as per usual. He yawned as he looked at the others. His cold voice echoed throughout the quiet room "So, yeah, sorry for being late and all." He didn't have any reason for being late, he just was.
