Appearance: Dennis is a very athletic looking man. He stands at about 6’4 inches tall and weighs just over 200 lbs. His muscles are very defined especially his upper body. He has short black hair that he always keeps short so that nobody can grab on to it. He has a thin face with a pointy chin and green eyes and he is usually seen with a small grin on his face. Most would consider him handsome.

History: Dennis grew up in one of the tougher districts of rukongai and because of this he had to fight for every little thing. His family lived off of scraps and he was forced to do hard work because of his mother’s sickness. His body became use to the work and the fighting and he grew into a strapping young man. His body was muscular and he worked his ass off to feed his family. His mother’s health continued to decay every year and one day after he got off work he found her with his little brother over her crying his eyes out. After this he continued to work for his little brother but the job that he had been working at closed and nobody wanted to hire a kid.

He took the little amount of personal affects that he had and his brother and began to wonder for a job. He scraped up some food from stealing and any side jobs he could do but it wasn’t nearly enough. By the time it was winter they had no money and they looked on the verge of death. They were laying outside one day in the snow, when a man with a sword walked up to him. Dennis remembered looking up and seeing a concerned before he passed out.

He woke up in a strange place with some strange thing in his arm. He tried to establish what was going on but once his head cleared all the way he looked around frantically and tried to find his brother. He began to get out of the bed when he was pushed back down by a firm hand
“You need to rest boy. Your little brother is fine he is healing in the next room.” The older man said. Before he could go over in the next room the old man pulled him aside and asked him if he knew about spiritual pressure and the boy said no. He explained it to him and told him all about what it was and how it worked. He then went on to talk about the people who protected this realm and before long the boy was signing up to be a shinigami because he wanted to help as many people as possible.

He told his brother and found a nice family for him to live with. While he was going through the training he wrote him every day and was happy with how well he was doing. The people at the academy were impressed with how well he was doing and realized the extreme potential he had. The boy graduated and slowly but surely became more powerful and started doing harder missions. He was trained in unarmed fighting by one of his superiors and he learned his shiki soon afterwards.

He was picked as a candidate to be the captain of the vacant 9th squad but he had to learn his bankai. So he secluded himself and for 3 months straight before he finally discovered what his power was. When he unleashed it he showed it to only the captain commander and since then he has never used it again.

These lower class hollows were nothing to somebody of his stature. He ripped through them with his powerful fist before he even unleashed his shiki. As he ripped frog like hollow in half he looked at his squad as they looked in awe at him. This brought a smile to his face but he turned around before any of them could see it. There was a scream behind him and looked as one of his men was ripped in half by invisible hands. He aimed a punch at where he thought the creature would have been but all he hit was the ground and his heavy punch cracked the earth.

He looked around with his fist in a defensive position and yelled at his men “FORM A DEFENSIVE CIRCLE. PROTECT THE MAN NEXT TO YOU WITH YOUR LIFE!” They all quickly listened and it was silent before another person, this time a young woman, was ripped in pieces. He had enough of this. He called out his shiki “Pulverize them to dust, Kote.” His gloves formed into gauntlents that covered his arm up to his elbows. He closed his eyes and tried to sense the creature, it took another dead comrade before he found it. The creature only had enough time to screech before he was pummeled into the ground and he disappeared. Dennis looked back and a single tear dropped from his eye as he saw the blood spatter from his former comrades.
