Re: Naruto Chapter 593
A bit of a placeholder chapter setting up for the next couple of weeks, but it's interesting. Three biggest things:
Juugo is more-or-less a Sage, albeit an out of control one. I imagine his entire clan were natural sages, so-to-speak, but that they (or just a few of them) couldn't really control it, thus creating the out of control 'Cursed Seal' ones. Orochimaru replicated it to replicate the power of the sages. Interesting.
Kabuchimaru is dead. Only Kabuto remains now, and I'm fine with that. Oro is better.
OROCHIMARU IS BACK. HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT KSLAAJHLKJGFLADKSJBNZ

Re: Naruto Chapter 593
I was surprised to see that Orochimaru is back. I hope that Sasuke decides not to destroy the Leaf. I thought it was really funny when Suigetsu kept on moving away from Orochimaru.

Re: Naruto Chapter 593
In the end I think sasuke realizes, there's just something inherently fucked up with the entirety of the shinobi system, and it's shown since the very beginning of the series. In the end, I think that's going to end up becoming Sasuke's target... not just Konoha, but the entire shinobi world, or to be more precise, the entire shinobi system. The system and its highest powers (such as Danzou) are the true cause of everything wrong in his life and the reason why his parents, brother and clan all had to die... and not just his, either. It can be blamed for everything that happened to Naruto, Nagato, Kabuto, Gaara, and every other tragic figure in the series, as well.
If that's truly the case and Sasuke's going to move beyond this petty revenge and start making his own decisions rather than blindly devoting himself to those of others, I think he'd be a far better 'villain' and somebody I could actually kind of agree with. I mean, this system creates a world in which children are soldiers and servants of the state. The true final villain of the series isn't any one person, but the shinobi world as it currently exists - the shinobi system as a whole. In the end, isn't that what Naruto ultimately hopes to change, anyway? He wants to create a more unified world built less on perpetual war and bloodshed, and more on understanding and diplomacy. To do that, he'll have to destroy the current system, and because of this war, that's already started to happen.
IMO if Sasuke begins to take on this belief system, Naruto might just die in the end, and Sasuke may carry on his legacy and finish off removing the old system. After all, that's what's really to blame for his problems, and the real final villain of Naruto.

I agree with your prediction, but I have a feeling Kishimoto won't let Naruto die. But it would be interesting to see Sasuke become Hokage and carry on Naruto's Will.

You know I admit I'd be VERY disappointed if Sasuke chose to go after the whole ninja world.
