I've been playing around with this site, but can't help to notice that there are no specific rules for bleach! I think that they need some rules as well in terms of when creating their character's abilities because sometimes the powers are a bit too OP like aging, fast generation and stuff like that.
Also, I think that there should be a section of Gotei 13. What I'm saying is that there should be a thread that tells people about Gotei 13 and who's in it. Obviously, people can be a captain in it, a vice captain or anybody. It's basically a first come first serve basis, although they will need some badass quality in their work and shiz.

Look in Bleach Character Directory there are rules my friend maybe I should Get monkey to global them so everyone can see.
