Syitesth
Name: [[Unknown; presumed none]]
Codename: Syitesth
Age: 21
Weight: 170
Height: 6'0"
Rank: Jounin
Personality: Syitesth is extremely dangerous, volatile, and easily enraged. Since he was found by Ryuuki, the 'saint' known as Syitesth has known only death and how to deal death, finding pleasure in the killing of others, finding excitement on the battlefield, inner peace in external conflict... both a psychopath and a sociopath, he is incapable of feeling emotion or understanding the emotions or morals of others around him, though he may at times put on the front of having such things.
He and Ryuuki immediately clicked, and Syitesth had great favor with Ryuuki, having always been his go-to for assassinations or sparking up a little conflict here or there in the world, and being chosen as one of his two personal body guards. This constant praise for his bloodlust has turned him into nothing but a merchant of death, a ruthless killer who will kill you for quite literally no reason other than for the fact that you live and breathe. No conscience, no compassion, no empathy, no mercy. That is Syitesth. At any time, he could explode and kill you, or just as easily ignore you and carry on his way... he is as unpredictable as he is soulless.
Appearance: Syitesth is a bit of a minimalist. All he wears are some long, worn-out, baggy tattered pants – dark grey with a vague tinge of green – a light purple, almost scarf-like belt, and his battle scars. No armor, no headband, not even any shoes – just a heavily scarred upper torso and his bare feet, his katana, Akatsuki, either sheathed on his left hip or in his hand. While not as heavily scarred, both of Syitesth's arms are blanketed with tattoos of indecipherable forgotten languages, symbols and tribal designs, tapiring off around his shoulders.
Even his hands are tattooed, each one of his fingertips bearing the kanji for one of the five elements (Fire, Water, Earth, Lightning, Wind) and the back of his hands being covered in pages worth of tiny runic texts around a circular area with a pyramid in the center, the pyramid's top portion removed, floating slightly higher above it and bearing a widely opened eye in its center – the “All-Seeing Eye”. His eyes are a sharp and deep carmine red, while his hair is long, stretching halfway down his back dark brown in color.
Village: Ex-Kusagakure; Ex-Ryuukigakure
Clan: None
History:
Kusagakure was thrust into a state of fear. Shinobi and citizen alike from within and around the village were being slaughtered violently and efficiently, with death tolls rumored to number in the hundreds. From villagers to travelers to families to the homeless to even foreign dignitaries and countless Rogue Nin, there seemed to be no logic, no order, no reason for the brutal slayings – whoever it was that was behind it all, he seemed to be in it simply for the sake of the thrill of killing. For more than a year, Kusagakure was in chaos. The madness of one man, one monster, had the village gripped in fear and nobody, not even the most battle-hardened, high-ranking shinobi, dared to wander the streets alone, not that the extra numbers would help...
The enigmatic killer became known as “The Demon Hidden in the Grass”, and before long, there was a high bounty placed upon his head – the highest bounty in the village's history at that time. Many tried, and many failed, and for 3 months the killings continued unimpeded. Despite everyone's best efforts, the Demon could not be tracked, let alone located, and all those unlucky enough to actually find him were never heard from again. It had become apparent that he was an expert at concealing himself and hunting him was impossible unless he was actively hunting you. Then, one day, the head of Kusagakure's prestigious Okami Clan stepped up, stating that he couldn't just sit around watching his fellow shinobi die any longer, and – against the wishes of clan elders – headed out to utilize the Okami clan's superior senses and tracking capabilities to run down the enigmatic Demon.
Using stray, foreign strands of hair collected from the clothes of the most recent victims, Okami Takashi, father of Okami Shinzui, along with a company of 3 clan Chuunin, used their noses to see if they couldn't finally find the killer that had eluded the village for so long. Unfortunately... they were successful. But to the surprise of everybody involved, the infamous “Demon Hidden in the Grass”, the monster that kept an entire village in fear, the ruthless killer of countless shinobi... was nothing more than a young boy, no older than 16. The boy applauded the men for being able to find him as he demonstrated his shapeshifting ability to them, his form changing as though he were made of clay, everything from his physical appearance to his clothing shifting to match whoever it was he pleased while he used a Henge no Jutsu to change his voice and further confuse the 4 Okami.
The 5 shinobi engaged in a ferocious battle, but despite their best efforts, the warriors of the Okami Clan simply were not strong enough. Despite his young age, the speed, skill, and efficiency of the boy was tremendous – inhuman, even. It was almost as though he were an actual demon, taunting them with the forms of fallen comrades. They fought valiantly, but all 4 were swiftly defeated. 2 of them were already dead, with Takashi near death and the third Jonin, while missing an arm and having lost an eye, still standing, albeit barely. Takashi – aware that there was no hope left for him – performed one final Kuchiyose, summoning the Wolf Spirit of Lightning, Raiden, and telling him to save the last Jonin and deliver intel on the Demon to the rest of the clan, and the village.
Raiden complied, but the boy wasn't having any of it. Quickly he moved to kill the wolf and the Jonin, but to his surprise, Takashi had managed to get himself off the ground and threw himself directly in front of the boy, impaling himself upon his onyx blade and refusing to let go of either it or its wielder until Raiden had escaped with his kinsmen. The Demon was furious, and in a fit of rage, it was said he completely annihilated Okami Takashi with his blade alone, simply hacking away until nothing was left...
After his battle with the 4 Okami Clan ninja, the killings stopped. The boy without a name had realized that he was becoming careless. Not only had he been tracked down, but now everybody knew about him; what he could do, how he hunted... and now that they knew about him, they could defend against him, and the thought of that pissed him off to no end. It was at this time that he was confronted by the most curious of individuals, a blue-haired man from Amegakure who was considered to be a devil in his own right. Offering the boy the chance to have a home and to train alongside him, the blue-haired devil stood tall with a self-assured grin upon his face. Who the hell did he think he was talking to?
Predictably, the boy lashed out, pissed off by the fact that this man had the arrogance to approach him – the Demon Hidden in the Grass – and act as though he was stronger than him, better than him, as if he didn't matter without him. But for the first time, it was not the blood of another's that was spilled, but his own. Even despite his shapeshifting abilities and phenomenal speed, which impressed and nearly overwhelmed even the Azure Devil, in a single flick of the wrist, the mighty “Demon Hidden in the Grass” had his chest caved in and blood billowing from his mouth like a fountain, his feet pierced through by kunai which pinned him to the ground. With a killing intent that terrified even the Demon – the boy who, his whole life, knew not what such a thing felt like – this blue-haired stranger had defeated him in a single movement, a flick of the wrist...
For the first time in his life, he realized just how weak he actually was, and just how terrifying a true shinobi could actually be.
“I'm sorry, I don't think I ever got an answer to my question,” The stranger spoke with a smile. The boy grit his teeth. This man... what was he...? “Like you, 'Demon Hidden in the Grass' Nemo-kun, I am a man who, for all intents and purposes, is without a name, and for as long as I can remember, without emotion. I have no conscience, no morals, no limits, and like you, I see this world for the worthless pile of garbage that it is, and its people as the brainless oafs deserving only of death that they really are. So you see, we are not terribly dissimilar, you and I... and that is why I'm here, to offer you an opportunity to join me and my children. Together, we can finally achieve the ultimate goal, we can finally kill every last one of them. But as you are now, it'd be a fruitless endeavor – you're much too rough around the edges. Join me, and I will teach you the secret to true strength.”
Despite his rage toward the Azure Devil, the boy without a name realized there was some truth to his words. As he killed more and more, it seemed to get harder and harder... they were sending stronger and stronger people out to fight him, and then this guy comes along, and he drags him halfway to Hell in a single hand motion. He couldn't continue like this... he knew that now. If he was ever going to truly kill everybody, he had to get stronger, and maybe this guy could help him do that. Agreeing to the stranger's proposition, with a snap of his fingers, a young girl appeared from nowhere and immediately began to tend to the boy's wounds. Just by looking at her, he could tell she was powerful... special... emotionless... just like he was.
“I will call you Syitesth, after the ancient dragon of Ayatsurishi lore, said to arrive in times of turmoil to end the world, to wipe the slate clean so that life may begin anew... and as for me... you can just call me Ryuuki.”
With that, the Demon Hidden in the Grass, for the first time in his life, had a name, an identity, and a true place to which he belonged. Were he capable of feeling emotion, he imagined he'd be overjoyed with this most curious turn of events, but alas, that was not him. Remaining silent, Ryuuki smiled at him once more, and in a flash, he, the girl who had healed him, and Ryuuki all disappeared from the area, off to another world...

Jutstu Template
Name: Double Jump
Rank: C
Type: Fuuton
Element: N/A
Description: Allows for the user to jump once again, even if they're already in the air. Some sword techniques can be pulled off only after a Double Jump has been performed, or will be greatly empowered by the Double Jump.
Name: Lighter Than Air
Rank: C
Type: Fuuton
Element: Wind
Decription: A technique which makes the user lighter than air, allowing for them to jump extremely high, and even float, at the cost of being more vulnerable to attack and more easily knocked around by landed attacks, or even just the wind.
Name: Step-Speed Up
Rank: C
Type: N/A
Element: Wind
Description: By channeling his chakra to his feet, Syitesth can increase his running speed by two times its normal level, giving him an even greater blitzing capability. Speed is Syitesth's greatest asset in battle along with his sword, and thus the focus of a lot of attacks.
Name: Wild Fang
Rank: B
Type: Kenjutsu: Fuuton
Element: Wind
Description: The user's blade will become coated in a thick layer of Fuuton chakra, increasing its destructive piercing power a hundred fold. Aiming his blade forward, he pierces through enemies like a drill with tremendous power.
Name: Heavy Rain
Rank: C-B
Type: Kenjutsu: Suiton
Element: Water
Description: Increases the weight of any water created or utilized dramatically, even the tiniest drop, the weight increasing to such an extent that it will have power anywhere between the C and A ranks. Used in conjunction with Suiton-based sword techniques to increase their effect.
Name: Gentle Arc: Forward
Rank: B
Type: Kenjutsu: Suiton
Element: Water
Description: Used in conjunction with Heavy Rain. Moving his sword through the air gently, as if carving something out of the air, water coalesces behind the long and gentle strokes of the blade until arm-like manifestations of water are created from the moisture in the air around him, or by siphoning from nearby water sources. Combining this water with Heavy Rain, it is then sent zipping forward with a splashing hit from Syitesth's sword, the water's damage level depending on the Weight of the water and thusly, the Rank of Heavy Rain.
Name: Gentle Arc: Downward
Rank: B
Type: Kenjutsu: Suiton
Element: Water
Description: Used in conjunction with Heavy Rain. This Gentle Arc is performed when in the air, or dealing with an enemy below you or underground. It's essentially the same attack as before, only the water shoots downward with tremendous speed and force.
Name: Gentle Arc: Upward
Rank: B
Type: Kenjutsu: Suiton
Element: Water
Description: Used in conjunction with Heavy Rain. It's the same idea as the previous two Gentle Arcs, only this one is aimed at enemies who may be coming down from above, or who are within range and above Syitesth. This particular form of Gentle Arc requires the most amount of chakra, as the Heavy Rain must be forced to ascend some distance and then dissipated as to not fall back down on its user.
Name: Heavy Rainstorm
Rank: A
Type: Kenjutsu: Suiton
Element: Water
Description: Only usable after performing a Double Jump and in conjunction with Heavy Rain. Double jumping high into the air, Syitesth uses Heavy Rain and slashes downward with great force from his position above the enemy, a 10 foot mass of Suiton coalescing then falling with all its weight and destructive power, crushing anything beneath it.
Weapon Template:
Name: Akatsuki
Type: Sword
Power: Your standard shinobi sword, capable of carrying Syitesth's chakra... ...and Kekkei Genkai.
Rank: A
Description:
Akatsuki is a 'cursed sword', a long onyx blade which glistens with a deep purple in direct sunlight. As the legend goes, Akatsuki is a blade which has seen over 10,000 wars and battles, and has killed countless men. It's said that over time, after the constant bathing in the blood of the innocent, Akatsuki came to house the spirt of a devil, and the blade is now believed to be both cursed and possessed. A living weapon which was *not* created by Muramasa or Masamune, Akatsuki has an incredible bloodlust rivaled only by its wielder's own, but no extraordinary powers outside of its ability to drive its user mad. Those with a weak will who grasp this blade will be overcome and possessed by it, but Syitesth's will is strong enough to resist Akatsuki's own and generally subdues it, though they share the same desire – to kill all that lives. It can act independently and drive mad whoever else tries to use it, but that's about it. Otherwise, it's your standard shinobi sword, capable of carrying Syitesth's chakra... ...and Kekkei Genkai.
Basic Ninja equipment; shuriken, Calt drops, smoke bombs, paper bombs, seals etc etc.
(Academy students may not have weapons besides simple kunai and shuriken)
Roelplay Sample: Syitesth grinned. He knew he was outmatched, but he didn't care. Gripping Akatsuki tight, with nearly half his chakra left in reserve, as he stepped forward to fight, he immediately froze, and in that instant, a wall of pitch black separated the two. The look in Syitesth's eyes was one of terror, and if the man kept going, it'd be like charging head-first into a brick wall. He'd probably break through, but that didn't matter...
