Cactus Island [Paradise]

This island has several giant hills that resemble cacti, right down to the points. The town of Whiskey Peak is found on this island, where visitors are welcomed with a grand celebration with much to eat and drink.

However, unbeknownst to the visitors, the townspeople are bounty hunters, trying to trick pirates into letting down their guard so that they can be captured and turned in for all they are worth. The spikes on the cacti hills are actually cross-shaped tombstones of those bounty hunters have "taken care of" over the many years.
