Suiton: Mizu no Kyoushikyoku [Water Release: Rhapsody of Water]

Requirements: None.
Description: The user performs several handseals causing jets of water to shoot up around the user, who is in contact with the target. The user then knocks the target to their back and leaps away while the jets of water slam down toward the target.

Suiton: Teppoudama [Water Release: Bullet]
Rank: C
Requirements: None.
Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user manifests a large amount of water in his mouth which he can then spit at his opponent as a large fast spherical projectile.


Kaminari Bunshin no Jutsu [Lightning Clone Technique]
Rank: C
Requirements: None.
Description: This is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Kaminari Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out attacks on its target. Also, elemental clones can think, but only on the rudimentary level, and the concentration for their jutsu needs to be maintained by the user. When this clone disperses, it reverts into a spark of electricity.

* Special Notes *
- Each bunshin takes 1/10 of your chakra pool to make.
- Training to halve chakra consumption results in you being able to choose between giving it 1/20 to 1/10 of your chakra.
- Bunshin can only travel a moderate distance from the user
- Bunshin have 1/10 the power of the user. This includes weapons, items, powers, speed, reaction speed, etc.
- Elemental Bunshin can perform taijutsu, non-elemental jutsu, and elemental jutsu of its own element that the user knows, so long as the jutsu maintains contact with the elemental clone through the whole time. Note however, that an elemental clone only has as much chakra as the user gave it, and some of it is used to maintain the clone. Attempting to use a jutsu the clone no longer has enough chakra for will cause the bunshin to burst without the jutsu being performed.
- Will disperse after a single hit or upon the user's command.

Raiton: Kaminari Waia- Shokku [Lightning Release: Lightning Wire Shock]

Requirements: Any kind of electricity-conducting wire or chain.
Description: This is a technique where the user attempts to conduct an electrical shock through a wire reaching to his target. Though this could be done at a lower rank, only this class of difficulty allows the user to create enough effect for a harmful electrical current. This jutsu does require the use of handseals.

Raivu Waiya- [Live Wire]
Rank: B
Requirements: None.
Description: The user sends a visible line of electricity that travels along the ground from the user to an opponent, controlled by the user at a considerable speed. This gush if electricity can only travel to as far as 10 meters.

Soukusari [Chain Manipulation]

Description: The user sends chakra along the length of chains much like with wire manipulation only it takes longer to master and a much greater degree of concentration to move the heavy chains at will.

Personality: serious in a fight, loves banter, analyitical at times. generally childish and foolish.

Past: the reason he has two elements is that his clan is a derivative of a raiton user and someone from the hyuuga clan who could use water. the two cast out of the respective clans went to the hidden leaf (had been in the cloud at the time) and created their own clan. this happened shortly after the third ninja war. the result was a clan with the byakugan and could utilize both water and lightning. they gained enough of a reputation to equal the hyuuga's. regaurded as geniouses and soon gained a reputation similar to the now extinct uchiha. Kyrish is the son of a father from the synoon clan but no one but his father knows who his mother was. Kyrish was an outcast because while the others of his clans were just geniouses and used hand to hand fighting expertly he was foolish, hardly showing his inteligence, he also deviated because unlike the others he uses a chain and is not a hand to hand expert, even though he surpasses most of the others by only his chain. he furthered their hatred when he began learning lightning techinques like crazy and quickly picked up on water techniques too with no help from teachers because they had refused to work with him. although he knows many techniques he can't always pull them off correctly due to rushing. the final straw came when he was lost for a few weeks in the woods. when he was finally found he was in the woods wearing only a shirt and very thin from hunger. his eyes creeped the hunters/finders out including his father... he had multiple pupils each a different color. when they picked him up the realized the was a bump on his back they removed his shirt expecting a bruise and where further revulsed when they found wings underneath. when he woke up the next day his eyes were normal again but the wings remained. ever since then he has been an outcast in his own clan and home. he's hoping for the day he becomes a genin hoping for someone who doesn't share his clans feelings.
