RESTRICTIONS! (read)

these are things that are restricted completly or withheld to an appropiate time.

1. any and all logia's and upper tier devil fruits must be given a bounty size. As in while this fruit while it may be assigned to you. It may not be attained until you achieve the mount of bounty this fruit requires. This is to prevent people from haxing/OP'ing themselves early on such as giving oneself the tremor-tremor fruit or marco's pheonix fruit.

2. no seastone swords, axe's or otherwise blades may be created or possesed. this is due to seastone's inability to be easily wielded. you may however create clubs, staff's or otherwise.

3. A Logia must be made of an element. it cannot be physically harmed by things such as swords or such obejects. Think of i like this, in the actual series all logia's seem to be something that cannot be physically harmed by any solid object that is not haki infused. such as if you stick as sword in fire nothing happens to the fire. the same should be so for any logia that anyone wishes to create. logia's made of breakable obejets are not permitted and will be changed accordingly.

4. No one may start out with any kind of haki. that is something that shall be gained through RP'ing.
