Description: A semi-strong jutsu that with the correct seals sends three large balls of lightning into the air about 40 feet high until they clash together and a large flash of light fills the sky before a loud sonic boom, that sounds and resembles thunder can be heard, afterward multiple strong lightning bolts strike the ground in a frezy, this jutsu can cause ninja's to go deaf depending on the amount of chakra used. Though it does require a great amount of the user's chakra.
