Start the point system? It will be equivalent to money in the roleplay worlds. The more you posts, the more points you get. Anyways, should I add the point system? Any suggestions for what it is used for?

It will say it under your profile post, like under where it says Rep. The amount of posts you have, the more points will be added automatically. In RP you can buy still with it and so on.
