Where It's Found: South Blue

Power: The user has the ability to transform into flower petals. Often confused with a Logia, it allows the user to generate high winds with the petals. These winds are high enough to cause major and minor cuts depending on the force the user puts into it.

Strength: Hard to stop it because the petals are everywhere. High speed winds make it hard to stop.

Weakness: Cant Swim, Fire-Based Attacks

Techniques:

Fiore Impennata (Soaring Flower)- The user transforms into sakura petals. With the powers of wind, they can fly.

Talio Iragano (Slashing Hurricane)- The user transforms into sakura petals. With the powers of wind, they can create a hurricane of flower petals.

Fiore Di Dancia (Flower Dance)- The user transforms into rose petals. With the powers of wind, they circle an area. Rose petals dance around the circumference of the circle and make a wall in every direction, trapping the person. The wind then starts to cut the enemy trapped inside the risen circle.

Dancia De La Rosa Spinosa (Dance of the Thorny Rose)- The user transforms into rose petals. With the powers of wind, they move through a crowd (or just move) and brings slashing wind with them

Lili Aria (Lily Aura)- The user generates lily petals from their hands and it spreads through their body. Lily petals float around them. When they physically attacks a person, it adds wind to the attack and slices the enemy.

Lili Lancia (Lily Lance)- The user generates Lily petals and creates a whip out of it. The wind nature adds to it's lethality.

Mossa Finale: Mare di Scorre Petali di Rosia (Ultimate Move: Sea of Flowing Rose Petals)- The user turns into rose petals. A large amount of rose petals cover the ground. Enemies drown into the rose petals.

Mossa Finale: Roseo Ciclone (Ultimate Move: Rose Cyclone)- After using Sea of Flowing Rose Petals, the user then uses Rose Cyclone to lift the rose petals off the ground. This results in a major cyclone covering almost 600 yards.

read the restrictions and take of intagibility. if you can cut flowewr petals and you can. then you should be able to cut whoever has this fruit.


also when the hell did flower power= high speed winds? explain or take it out.

It doesn't equal high speed winds, the fruit gives the ability to create high speed winds. Flower petals appear when that happens. AND I'll take out the intangibility part.

hmmm... make it so that the FLOWER PETALS only can go at the speed of high speed winds but thats it. other than that it's fine.
