This is a place where you can just talk to other members and it not count as spam. The Roleplay areas have a different section, if you scroll more to the bottom you will see sections that say " Naruto RP" " Bleach RP" " One Piece RP" and so on.
The chatbox is located on the homepage, on the top right corner of it it should say " Log in" click that and you will be in the chatbox.
